Our FUNdamentals workshop series allows participants to dedicate special attention to specific aspects of a ballet class. Together we’ll refine the building blocks of our technique with a thoughtful, light-hearted approach… and a sprinkling of pop music.
This workshop will incorporate helpful props into the traditional structure of a ballet class. We'll take our time moving through each exercise, using tools like bands and yoga blocks, to practice activating certain muscle groups before applying the concept directly to our dancing.
