What should I do if I have more questions?

Do I have to have dance experience to take class?

Nope! All of our classes, with the exception of Beginner/Intermediate & Intermediate/Advanced Ballet, are open to true novice dancers. Come as you are and learn in welcoming environment!

Is there a dress code?

No– just attire that you feel comfortable moving in! Ballet slippers are not required for ballet we do recommend socks. You do not need tap shoes to participate in Tap– especially if it’s your first time trying! For all other classes, feel free to wear socks, dance shoes, or come barefoot!

How to register for Classes?

WEB: To sign up, go to flux-flow.com/schedule and view our class offerings. Once you see one you like, choose from “In Studio” or “Virtual”. You’ll be directed to Momence, our scheduling and payment platform. If you’re a new student, you can purchase a Drop In, New Student One Month Unlimited, or another pass that works for your schedule. Continue setting up your account and registering for the class. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after signing up!

MOBILE: If you are a new student, follow the “WEB” steps above to sign up. After signing up for your first class, you can download the Momence app and sign in with your account information. After signing in, you’ll be able to manages your classes and memberships through the app!

What are your rates? How much do classes cost?

  • NEW STUDENT UNLIMITED: $49 for ONE MONTH**

  • SINGLE DROP IN: $18 / $14*

  • 10 CLASS PASS: $130 / $100*

  • MONTHLY UNLIMITED PASS***: $110 / $85*

    • *Senior/Student/Virtual ONLY rate

    • **Offer only for new students. Can purchase if you’ve purchased a Drop-In. Does not auto-renew.

    • ***Auto-renewing. Billed monthly to card associated with Momence account.

  • We offer a Pay-What-You-Can option for all classes & passes upon request. Email info@flux-flow.com to arrange.

How do I sign-up for a Monthly Unlimited Pass?

Visit flux-flow.com/schedule and scroll down to RATES, click on the MONTHLY UNLIMITED button and sign up using your Momence account! Or, follow this link!

How can I cancel my pass or subscription?

To cancel your pass, email info@flux-flow.com with the subject “Cancel My Pass.” Make sure to provide the email associated with your Momence account, and if you can, tell us why you’d like to cancel!

We have a 3 month probationary period on all On Demand and Monthly Unlimited passes. Once you purchase this pass, you are unable to cancel independently until your third renewal. If you need to cancel before that third renewal, please email us with a request and a little information about why you’re asking for an early cancelation. We are unable to offer refunds for renewal charges. If you’d like help canceling your pass to avoid your renewal charge, we ask that you contact us between Sunday-Thursday the week before your scheduled renewal. If you have questions or extenuating circumstances, email info@flux-flow.com, and we’ll be happy to help! :)

Can I arrive late to Class?

You can arrive up to 10 minutes late to any class and continue to participate! The only exception is Ballet– if you arrive more than five minutes late, your participation will be at the discretion of the instructor.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel without a fee up to 60 minutes before class. If there’s an emergency, email info@flux-flow.com. We do have a cancelation/no-show fee or penalty depending on your pass. If you cancel within the hour or do not show up for class, you are subject to a credit deduction from your 10 Class Pass or Drop In, or a $10 fee if you are a Monthly pass holder (includes New Student, PWYC 3 Month, Monthly Unlimited & Discounted Monthly Unlimited).

I need to cancel my class reservation. How do I do it?

To cancel, either email info@flux-flow.com or visit the Momence app to view and cancel your class.

Want to collaborate with us on a brand partnership, special event or “corporate function”?

Email info@flux-flow.com with the subject “Brand Partnership – (Your Company)”, your name, company ethos, detailed proposal, budget, and timeline.

How do I purchase a gift card?

We offer gift cards for our Drop Ins, 10 Class Passes, and New Student: One Month Unlimited Gift Card. You can purchase them below!
