In this beginner friendly workshop we will feel and explore the baroque Aria "I Trionfi del Fato: Combatton quest'Alma" composted by Agostino Steffani.

We'll learn an original Choreography by Filippo. This a balletic but baroque inspired Choreography.

Learning choreography is a wonderful way to utilize the technique developed in classes as at tool for self expression. This class will begin with a short barre to warm up our bodies. Previous ballet experience recommended (Beginner level).
