Join us the first Friday of each month for Livable Futures virtual movement gatherings in collaboration with Flux+Flow.
Move your body, mind and spirit in a guided free flowing experience. Release old stories so you can feel better. Find pleasure in effort and play. Enjoy connecting more deeply with yourself and others. Open to all, no experience necessary.
Livable Futures’ movement gatherings are a fun, inclusive way to turn toward the conditions of our lives.
In this 60 minute live-streaming version of our in-person gatherings, we begin with healing visualizations that take us into full bodied movement with music and close with time to talk and absorb the nutrients of our time together. The specifics of each gathering depend on the unique experience and insights of the facilitators from the Livable Futures community of artists and activists (info below).
