Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow is a mindful, gentle, accessible, and adaptable practice that intends to honor and meet each practitioner right where they are.  We include breath work, stretching, strengthening, and relaxation, and many options to adjust the practice to each individual.

Stretching + Conditioning

This class focuses on developing stregth and increasing range of motion through low-impact exercises that are designed to tone and train your body and prepare you for any type of moving or grooving you might be doing! Class incorporates exercises, poses and methodologies drawn from pilates, yoga, aerobics and of course dance! All are welcome, students are encouraged to work within their own range and body comfort, challenging themselves or modifying where it feels necessary with guidance and suggestions along the way.

We love to design this class for YOU each time… bring requests, tight spots or any of your strength & flexibility wishes! We’ll discover a few tools or ideas you can even take home!
